If you need to cancel your digitization service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before processing starts may be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

• Service cancellation before digitization work begins
• Failure to deliver services as agreed due to our error
• Significant deviation from agreed service specifications

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion. Processing fees may apply.

Media Return

Your original media will be returned to you after digitization is complete. We recommend using secure shipping methods when sending media to us. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping to our facility, but we will handle your media with care during processing.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of digitized files, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and may offer re-digitization or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

• Services already completed and delivered
• Custom format requests that have been processed
• Additional services requested after initial agreement
• Issues resulting from severely damaged original media

Processing Time

Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
